Our core stakeholders are our Investment Adviser’s staff, our tenants and our shareholders. Engagement with these groups is managed by Logistics Asset Management LLP, our Investment Advisor, who seeks to engage with each of these groups in a regular and structured way. STAFF
In addition to regular informal catch ups and 1-1 meetings we run a formal annual review process to focus on longer term career goals. To ensure that people are able to share feedback honestly we also run an annual anonymous staff survey. In 2022 the survey received an 81% completion rate. Management are committed to following up on the results and key findings.
TENANTS
Tenant engagement is the core of our business, and we aim to maintain a ratio of 10-15 tenants per property professional, to allow for 2-4 on site visits a year, and very regular contact. This allows us to understand their requirements, and to see opportunities early. We also run a tenant engagement survey, which in 2023 received a 90% approval rating.
SHAREHOLDERS
We engage with Shareholders by providing information in the Annual report, as well as the Interim Report and Sustainability Report. We also encourage attendance and questions at our AGM, and via email at ir@urbanlogisticsreit.com. In addition the Chairman and CEO both make themselves available to larger shareholders, and the management team run regular analyst briefings.
